Bali Kintamani

One of the best coffees I have had in a long time. Just an overall good drinker that shines as a dark or french roast.

Tasting Notes:

Big bodied

Bittersweet chocolate bar

Baking cocoa.

Light Roast: Very nice bittersweet base flavors. Along with a fairly muted acidity and viscous body. 

Medium Roast: Rich dark chocolate bar, dark cocoa cake mix, with some almondy chocolate notes in the aftertaste

Dark Roast: Have layers of bittering chocolate flavors, like baking cocoa, intertwined with subtle herbal earthy accents in aroma

Processing: Wet Hulled

Drying Method: Patio Sun Dried
